These are the terms for using this website. They cover the website itself, not a contract for stump grinding or lawn aeration work, which is agreed separately when a job is booked.

Quotes from this site

A quote or price given through this website, by phone, or by email is an estimate. It is not confirmed until Stump Boss has seen the job in person, or otherwise agreed the final price and scope with you directly.

Photos you submit

Photos you submit with a quote request are used only to prepare that quote. They are not published, shared with anyone outside Stump Boss, or used for any other purpose.

The text, photos and design on this website belong to Stump Boss, unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

This site may link to other websites. Stump Boss is not responsible for the content of any site it does not operate.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent the law allows, Stump Boss’s liability for this website is limited to having the website corrected or the relevant service supplied again.
